Product Introduction
Sulfuric acid is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula H₂SO₄. It is the most important oxygen-containing acid of sulfur. Pure sulfuric acid is a colorless, oily liquid that crystallizes at 10.36°C. It is typically produced using the tower method and the contact method, depending on the required concentration of the aqueous solution. Concentrated sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of 98.3% has a boiling point of 338°C and a relative density of 1.84.

Sulfuric acid can lower the pH value of food, help improve the taste and flavor of food, and also inhibit the growth of certain harmful microorganisms. When making foods such as hot and sour noodles and kimchi, sulfuric acid is often used as an acidifier to increase the acidity of the food.
3. Antioxidants
Sulfuric acid can react with oxidizing substances in food, helping to delay oxidation and spoilage. In products such as oils, fats, and food colorings, it may be used to enhance stability and extend shelf life.

Preparation method
The preparation method of food additive sulfuric acid mainly includes the following steps:
- Evaporation: Evaporate sulfur trioxide of fuming sulfuric acid through high temperature.
- Absorption: Absorb the evaporated sulfur trioxide gas through an absorption tower to obtain high-concentration sulfuric acid.
- Mixing and dilution: Add high-concentration sulfuric acid to high-purity water for mixing and dilution to obtain a food additive sulfuric acid product that meets the standards.
